Suresh Kumar Soni
Author of the website, Suresh Kumar Soni is a common man, he was born in Delhi on July 26, 1950. His family belongs to a warrior clan, his parents migrated to Delhi, from invader infested, conflict ridden, war frontiers of north India, his ancestors did not submit or convert to aggressor’s religion or homemade religions. They followed Vedic philosophy, which is not a religion, but a way of life, so his elders often bragged, they were faith followers, with no religion to follow.
Going back in antiquity, his ‘Gotra’ * family roots reveal, his forefathers are direct descendants of Kapil Muni, who lived in sixth/seventh century BCE, preceding Buddha by several generations. He was a philosopher, who authored the art of meditation. He did not deny the existence of God, yet asserted that no argument can establish God’s existence. He held ‘Spirit’ and ‘Matter’ was responsible for creation, and God was not the creator of the universe. Kapil and Buddha shared many similarities. Some Buddhist text claim, Buddha was Kapil in his previous life. So, inspired by his family tradition, the author is now passing, the wisdom of his ancestors, in its contemporary context, onto the readers.
Author is leading a retired life, he is a truth seeker and dabbles in philosophy, and envisions a 'Religionless World', with spiritual realities, with no organized or institutionalized religions with Holy Books. He is receptive to idealism and pacifism, and claims to have read 'Holy Books’ of all major religions in the world, and is disillusioned by assumptions and abstractions in religions. He feels religions have overstepped their limits and have lost their original message, and have divided the world into religious groups, by promoting terrorism. Since religions have failed to keep pace with time, he treats religions, as remnants of a redundant age. But accepts the religious idiom of God, Allah and Ishwar, as a signet of cosmic consciousness, full of subtleties, reason knows nothing of, a source both of affection and rejection.
Seeing that people are sedated by religions, he feels 'Religious Reforms' are imperative for world peace, freedom, equality, and tolerance. By considering ‘Spirituality’ a mirror of truth, and ‘Religion' a distortion of reality, he assumes to break a new ground, by reinventing religions with ‘Satyadharma’ the epicenter of spiritual values, the soul of all religions, the core of a creed-less creed, of the 21st century, which stands to promote, the eternal law of 'Oneness'.

Revealing one's ancestry in public domain, demeans human equality, author is against caste system. He has made it known intentionally, to emphasize that the concept of ‘God’ as cosmic consciousness is directly derived from the philosophy of Kapil Muni, the patriarch of his clan, who was praised by Lord Krishna, as a great sage, and whose teachings, had inspired Lord Buddha, so profoundly.
